THE FEMALE ALONE RITUALS

FOCUSING

The Tantra worships no deities as such. Kali and Mahakala are called its “deities,” but the Tantra makes definite observations regarding them:
“Kali, the Goddess of Time, exists now not as a personification to be worshiped. We build to her no idols. No temples. Yet she is at the center of all pleasure; she is at the center of all yantras’; she is the center of all creative energy. But she is to be perceived within all females, not existing apart from them.”
Based on this Tantric teaching, the Tantric Masters are commanded to “pass on to the initiate all learning in the form of pleasure, as did Kali to Mahakala, for the climb upward to Supreme Truth and Enlightenment is a climb of increased pleasure with each new plateau reached.”
This ritual should be done on a bed, alone, preferably at night. Though it is extremely stimulating sexually, it should not be used as a prelude to masturbation or sexual relations. Here we apply the Tantric One-Hour Rule for the first time.
On a bed, completely nude, lie on your back and raise your knees to a comfortable position, feet together. Slowly allow the knees to separate and the soles of the feet to press against each other. The soles and heels of the right foot and left foot should remain in contact throughout the ritual.
In this position, fold your hands lightly across your abdomen at your navel.
Close your eyes tightly and, using the Awareness Mantra, focus totally on the yantra image of yourself lying in this position on the bed, as if you nude body belonged to someone else.
Raise your hands slowly, eyes still closed, and bring the index finger of each hand to your mouth. Envisioning an image of what you are doing, say the mantra twice while you softly slide the index fingers from side to side on your lips. Return your hands to the folded position on your abdomen.
Next bring the index finger and thumb of each hand up to the bottom of the left and right breast (left hand under left breast, right hand under right). Again, holding the yantra image of your actions, slowly slide the tips of the thumbs and index fingers upward on the breast to the nipples.
Repeat the Awareness Mantra twice slowly as you gently stimulate your nipple, “rolling it between your thumb and forefinger,” then return your hands to your abdomen.
Pause briefly to reinforce the yantra in your mind, then trace a path, with forefingers and thumbs, down through the pubic hair, and rest your hands between your legs, palms straight up and down on either side of the vaginal lips. Begin repeating the mantra as the palms turn slightly inward. Slowly move the thumbs toward the labia and, using only your thumbs, spread open the labia as far as is comfortable. The index fingers cross the thumbs and the tip of each index finger rests on the sides of the clitoris; the tip of each finger presses gently to stimulate the clitoris.
As you repeat the mantra, concentrate the imagery on the area you are touching. Do not massage the clitoris only hold the labia open with your thumbs and press against the clitoris with your index fingers.
After repeating the mantra twice, return your hands to your abdomen.
In the same manner as in the A wakening Ritual, the visual image of the Mutual should once again be reinforced in the mind. Imagine someone else’s hands caressing your body, then imagine that you are touching another’s body, picturing your hands moving to the lips, then the breasts, then the vagina. Attempt to recreate in your mind the same yantra image you held while actually touching your body. Over a period of time, you will be able to “sense” the hands touching the lips, breasts, and vagina, without any actual physical contact.
This ritual has two distinct parts: first, the actual touching, imagery, and mantra; second, the imagery of touching, the creation of sensation by using only the yantra imagery and the mantra.
