THE FEMALE ALONE RITUALS

THE YANTRIC BODY

Kali gave to Woman total sexuality, the ability to know repeated pleasure infinitely. In so doing, Kali bestowed on the Female the capacity to control all parts of her body for her own pleasure and ‘the pleasure of her mate.
            “Female pleasure is the seat of all pleasure,” says the Tantric Master. “As the Female develops her body’s ability to derive pleasure, so shall she bring forth the ability to give pleasure.”
            This is a ritual of yantra imagery, but with physical muscular coordination added. It can be practiced anywhere, either fully clothed or in the nude.
            First the imagery: try to picture the interior of your vagina as a passageway inside walls of muscles. While seated, standing, or lying down and without touching any part of your body close your eyes and, while repeating the Awareness Mantra, concentrate on this vaginal passageway yantra.
            Once the yantra is fixed, tightly contract the muscles of your vagina. This is approximately the same sensation you have when you control your bladder and bowel movements. Do not be concerned that the anal, thigh, and stomach muscles are also tightening. Picture only the tightening of the vaginal muscles. Repeat the Awareness Mantra and, each time you tighten the muscles, envision each muscle contracting. Once the muscles are tight, hold them tight while saying the mantra, then relax.
            Repeat the tightening relaxing process three times. This ritual may be repeated as often as desired and can be done virtually anywhere, once the imagery is mastered.
            The ritual itself is sensually stimulating, and you will gradually become aware of the intricate construction of the vagina. Slowly the vaginal muscles will become conditioned and you will be able to sense the tightening of each set of muscles. The yantra imagery can be refined to picture the individual vaginal muscles, as you become aware of them.
