THE MALE ALONE RITUALS

THE YANTRIC BODY

As Kali taught  the pleasure power  of Tantra to Mahakala, she directed that he should  be aware of  every facet of his own being, so that he might  derive  all pleasure from it.  he learned to create  for himself  repeated erections of his penis, and revel in the sensations it afforded him.  for Kali knew  that, as the Male derived pleasure, so he would  desire more pleasure, and would learn to give pleasure to create his own satisfaction.
            This is a ritual of yantra imagery, but with physical, muscular coordination added.
            First the imagery: try to picture  your penis as a shaft or tube with muscles supporting it, muscles running from deep within you and enveloping the organ. Also picture hollow tubes crisscrossed among the muscles tubes waiting to fill and create an erection.
            While seated or lying down without touching your body close your eyes, and while repeating the Awareness Mantra, concentrate on this image of your penis. 
            Once the yantra is fixed, contract tightly all the muscles running through the penis.  This is approximately the same sensation as tightly “squeezing” for bladder and bowel control.
            Do not be concerned that the anal, thigh, and stomach muscles are also tightening.  Picture only the tightening of the  penile muscles, and  the filling of the tunes.  Once the muscles are tight, say the Awareness Mantra  once, then relax.
            Repeat the tightening-relaxing process three times.  This  ritual may be repeated as often as desired and can be done virtually anywhere, once the yantra imagery is mastered.
            Gradually the muscles of the penis will become conditioned and you will be able to sense the tightening of each set of muscles involved.  You will become more aware of the intricate construction of the penis.  The ritual itself  is sensually stimulating and will prove to be an aid in controlling erection.
