SPECIAL RITUALS  AND NOTES ON TANTRIC SEX

VAGINAL ORGASM

The Tantra acknowledge that the center of Female sexual pleasure lies in the clitoris, and that the Female reaches orgasm through stimulation of the clitoris, and other erogenous areas.
However, Tantric texts devote considerable comment and suggestions to the concept of the vaginal orgasm the reaching of orgasm without clitoral stimulation at the time of orgasm.
Tantric texts relate the success of vaginal orgasm to the development of the vaginal muscles and the following procedures:
When in the course of lovemaking, the Female decides to have an orgasm (and it is a "decision" because Control is maintained), and she wishes to begin developing the ability to have vaginal orgasm, she should allow herself to be stimulated in whatever way she wishes and, by prior arrangement and discussion with her partner, she should have her partner lie on his back on the bed. She should then assume the Woman Above position straddling the Male's pelvis. She should face toward his feet and lower herself onto the penis, inserting it well into the vagina. Then she should begin whatever pelvic movements bring her the most pleasure and stimulation.
In this position, the clitoris will not contract any part of the Male's body (as it does in this position when she faces the Male's head).
If she cannot, through pelvic movement alone, approach orgasm, she should move her fingers to her clitoris and stimulate it. But, the moment she feels orgasm approaching, she should remove her fingers from her clitoris, intensifying instead her pelvic movements, and free of any clitoral stimulation, begin the vaginal muscular contractions which will create additional friction between the walls of the vagina and the penis. These contractions should be repeated as fast and often as possible, held as long as possible, and coupled with the most stimulating pelvic movements.
The impending orgasm should then build slowly and take place without any clitoral stimulation at all.
If this exercises is somewhat fatiguing the first few times it is tried and the feeling of impending orgasm begins to fade, the Female may renew, briefly, the stimulation of the clitoris, ceasing such stimulation when she again feels orgasm approaching; returning to total emphasis on moving her hips in the manner most stimulating, and combining this with the muscular contractions.
Many Tantric women have developed the ability to reach this vaginal orgasm. Their claim is that attaining it is not difficult, and that it affords a depth of sexual pleasure quire different from the normal clitoral orgasm.
            This becomes easier with practice.
There is another approach to attaining vaginal orgasm, which can be alternated with the method described above.
In this second method, when the Female wishes to experience vaginal orgasm, and is in a sexually stimulated state, she lies on her stomach and raises her hips slightly. The Male Places his penis in her vagina from the rear. He moves his penis in the vagina , directed by the Female's pelvic movements. He does not lay the full weight on this body on the Female's back, but rather rests his weight on his arms and knees, allowing the Female to move freely.
The first few times this is attempted, the Female may use her hands to stimulate the clitoris until she feels the approach of orgasm, then cease all clitoral stimulation and begin the muscular contractions around the penis as it moves within her and as she moves her hips to increase stimulation.
If the Female prefers the Male may reach around her waist, slide his hand down her abdomen, and use the forefinger and thumb of his right hand to stimulate her clitoris initially but the Male must keep in mind that the Female is not seeking clitoral orgasm. As soon as she feels orgasm approaching, she should grasp the Male's arm to signal him, and he should immediately withdraw his hand and cease all clitoral stimulation.
The Male should likewise use the Control Mantra and imagery to Control his own sexual excitement while the Female goes through the muscular contractions and reaches orgasm.
The Female will, once stimulation ceases, begin the contractions and movement as she did when she was in the Woman Above position, until she reaches orgasm.
By practicing this regularly, the conditioning for bringing about the vaginal orgasm will be achieved, and developed to the point that entry of the penis in the vagina, when the Female is coupled with the Male in either of the positions suggested, will bring the process of building toward vaginal orgasm, without any further clitoral stimulation than that which was a part of the foreplay that created the initial sexual excitement. Once the position is taken, and the contractions begin, the orgasm will occur without any clitoral stimulation.
